Our Process

From Waste to Value

Our pyrolysis technology transforms end-of-life tires into valuable raw materials through a controlled thermal decomposition process. The result: three high-quality products ready for industrial use.

Collection & Shredding

End-of-life tires are collected, inspected, and mechanically shredded into smaller pieces.

Pyrolysis

Shredded tires are heated in an oxygen-free environment, breaking down rubber into oil, gas, and char.

Recovery & Refinement

Condensed vapors become TPO, char is processed into rCB, and steel is separated for recycling.
